  very disappointing. I changed to cvs cause rite aid was so rude an now they must of inherited the same employees cause they r just as rude. when u tell someone there prescription will b filled in an hour an then 2 hours later it's still not filled. what the hell. it's not like I'm waiting on 10 different meds it's 2 things. they definitely need to change the wait time cause its never 15 mins anymore it's always 45 or longer.....
